Like many others, my mental health suffered during lockdown 2020. I found long walks and baking a relief to what was going on inside my head whilst furloughed. So I baked to my hearts content. & then I dropped these bakes off to family and friends so my dad (chief taste tester) didn’t develop diabetes.
In January 2021 after dropping off a couple of batches of stuffed cookies to family & friends I was convinced to start a business on instagram to sell them. Of course the bad b that is Lizzo inspired the business name, I made the logo on a free app & created an instagram. Popped it on my personal profile for everybody to follow and in two weeks had over 1000 followers. The gram grew rapid, almost at a speed I couldn’t keep up with whilst working full time managing a busy coffee shop.
