Took us a hot minute to work on this recipe, but we promise its 100% worth the wait... using vegan white and milk chocolate chips & vegan alternative butter, we have 10 chewy stuffed cookies. Hopefully we’ll be able to add more melts to the vegan collection soon.

DELIVERY:

All postal orders are sent via Royal Mail for first class delivery on a Friday. Please note that there may be delays due to Covid. We cannot take responsibility for any late deliveries once the order has been dispatched however if there are any issues with your order or it does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch, please get in touch via our contact page.

Everything that leaves BBB HQ is thoroughly checked and we make sure it meets our high standards in all ways. However, once your box leaves our premises and it is in transit, it is out of our hands. Cookies and the packaging can SOMETIMES get damaged during transit which we cannot be held responsible for. Weather conditions can also affect the goods during transit and this is also out of our hands. If you're not happy with these terms please do not order.

COLLECTION:

You may only collect your order on the date & time slot you have selected when ordering. You will receive an email 48 hours before you are due to collect your cookies. The collection address will be in this email. Please do not email or DM asking for the collection address.

Orders may be cancelled up until 72hours before you are due to collect your order. Any cancellations made before this will receive a full refund.

Orders cannot be moved to another date.
